EXCITING
NEWS!!!
Michael was a featured speaker at the National Association of Independent School's
People of Color Conference the first week of December in New Orleans.
He presented the show twice and conducted workshops for attendees. It was a fantastic experience, extremely well run conference, exciting and engaging attendees, in a fabulous city! If you are reading this, attended the conference, but missed the show, please contact us to see how you can bring a presentation to your school...
Michael also presented the show for the United States Army at The National Training Center Ft. Irwin
California in February. Ft. Irwin is the base where soldiers are specifically
trained to fight the insurgency in both Afganistan & Iraq. Another amazing experience with an overflow room of soldiers, kids and families. Aa thunderous ovation followed the show, the exchange of official plaques and awards recognizing the event, a fabulous lunch, tons of wonderful questions and comments, and an open invitation to return.
This past April Michael cris-crossed the country performing shows at the prestigious schools: Hackley, Riverdale, Sidwell Friends, Maret, Edmund Burke, and Sonoma St. University.
He concluded the April run with a presentation at the Ulster BOCES Superintendent's Conference Day . Presenting the show for 200+ teachers and conducting workshops. The following are a couple comments from the event:
"I just love the way Michael Fosberg thinks and expresses himself and wish everyone thought like him"
